SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders begin processing upon confirmation. Processing time for orders are 2-5 business day(s). (Monday-Friday)
  • All orders are shipped out on via USPS First Class (2-5 business days)
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated via email. Just because you receive a tracking number, doesn't mean your order has been shipped, its currently in PRE-SHIPMENT, meaning USPS has been notified about the tracking number.
  • Orders that are returned due to incorrect address entered at checkout or delivery attempt failure must pay an additional $15 shipping fee to ship again.
  • IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR INSURANCE WITH YOUR SHIPPING then any damage/spillage to your order will not be replaced/refunded. All items are carefully packaged when being shipped out, any damaged the happens with the carrier is out of our hands if you do not purchase insurance! If you do not pay for insurance and your items is damaged you can also file a claim with USPS. 

**Once order is shipped, it is out of our hands. We can NOT replace lost/stolen packages
