REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure to double check your address before purchasing. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address or any address/ delivery issues. WE DO NOT MANUAL PUT IN YOUR ADDRESS SO WHAT YOU ENTER AT THE CHECKOUT IS WHAT GOES ON YOUR SHIPPING LABEL! This also applies to packages that are returned. We can reship your package with a reship fee if you choose, reship fee’s are calculated by your location and weight if your order but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once product has been sent for delivery we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

No Refunds will be given if order is still “In transit” to its destination.
The shipping carrier we use is USPS. To receive updates on where buyer order is, or when it will arrive, buyer must contact USPS and provide the carrier with their tracking number. We will not do that on behalf of the customer. Once product ships, all questions on shipping information should be directed to USPS customer service.
International shipping takes about 7-30 business days to arrive.
International orders are responsible for paying their own customs fee. If customer decides not to pay their Country’s customs fee no refund will be provided.

Every order is carefully reviewed prior to packaging. We offer exchanges if a problem occurs on OUR behalf such as incorrect item(s). We are NOT responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. We do NOT accept returns on worn/damaged items. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you selected the wrong items and it was shipped out to you, you can return it back to us and we will send you the correct item that you want BUT you WILL be charged a reship fee. Reship fee’s are determined by your location and the weight of your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!
IF YOUR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED BECAUSE OF THE CARRIER CONTACT USPS AND FILE A CLAIM!!!!
