SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders begin processing upon confirmation. Processing time for orders are 4-5 business day(s). (Monday-Friday)
• All orders are shipped out on via USPS (1-5 business days)
• Please allow 72 hours for tracking numbers to be updated via email. Just because you receive a tracking number, doesn't mean your order has been shipped, its currently in PRE-SHIPMENT, meaning USPS has been notified about the tracking number.
• Orders that are returned due to incorrect address entered at checkout or delivery attempt failure must pay an additional $8 shipping fee to ship again.

**Once order is shipped, it is out of our hands. We can NOT replace lost/stolen packages.

PICK UPS 

Please allow 4-5 business days to process orders.

Pick up times are from 9AM-3PM at agreed location.

Failure to pick up orders after 30 days from order date will result in cancellation & refund if applicable ‼️
